Backes, you've got nobody left who could have done this, and you can't have a plot without plotters. I've given you valid reasons why it couldn't have been Wade or Fritz. And as for Curry, forget about it. Just listen to him. He couldn't have come off the way he did if he were harboring a deep, dark secret that they were framing Oswald for taking a bus and cab. He wasn't a professional actor.
You can't posit a theory as a mere abstraction. You can't just say the Dallas Police did it. It comes down to individuals doing it, and you don't have any.
You can't get your scenario to first base. You don't even have a hitter. Sims? Forget about it. He didn't have the authority.
You don't have the actors, and you don't even have the time. It takes time to hatch a scheme like that. Oswald wasn't even interrogated for the first time to until 3:15, so how could they possibly come up with a bus transfer ticket for him by 4:05?
And if he told them that he rode the bus, which nobody disputes, why would they take it on themselves to fraudulently reinforce his story with a phony ticket?
Curry didn't even say anything about a bus. He said there was a report that Oswald was driven away in a car by a Negro. Was he reacting to what Roger Craig said? I assume he was. But, if he was up to no good, why would he give voice to Roger Craig's story?
You can't accuse Curry, and you can't accuse anyone. You've got nobody. Who did it, Backes? I need a name. If you can't produce one, you are sunk. You have got nothing.
