Backes, I asked you a question. I asked you whether you thought Will Fritz had foreknowledge of the assassination.

Well, I know he didn't. I know for a fact that he didn't. That's because, unlike you, I have read LBJ: Mastermind of the JFK Assassination by OIC Senior Member Phillip Nelson. And in it, Phillip revealed that on the afternoon of the assassination, Cliff Carter, LBJ's right hand man, called Will Fritz 11 times to tell him that he had found his man and to close the investigation. Now, why would he do that if Fritz were in on it? He wouldn't.

So, if Fritz woke up that morning with no foreknowledge of the JFK assassination, and if he didn't start talking to Oswald until 3:15, how could he possibly reach the mental point of deciding to criminally frame Oswald for riding a bus in time to produce a phony bus transfer ticket by 4:05? There wasn't even enough time for his mind to go there, never mind produce the ticket. The pendulum doesn't swing that fast.

So, who does that leave within the Dallas PD with high enough authority to order the framing of Oswald for riding the bus? What about the police chief Jesse Curry? Well, watch this interview. A reporter asks Curry if he knew how Oswald got from downtown to the Oak Cliff area, and Curry says no.

Reporter: Is there any word on how he got from downtown to the Oak Cliff section?
Curry: Not that I know of.

It's at 1 minute and 22 seconds into the video. I don't know the exact time it was, but Curry said that they had already talked to Oswald, and they were going to talk to him some more. So, it must have been after 4:00.

Do you think Jesse Curry had foreknowledge of the assassination? I don't think so, but even if you do, how could he order detectives to go out and find phony witnesses to place Oswald on the bus and cab if they weren't in on it? Just try to picture him announcing it to them, that this is what he needed them to do. It's ridiculous.

So, it wasn't Wade, and it wasn't Fritz, and not even Curry could pull it off because he couldn't do it himself. He'd have to get regular detectives to carry out the fraud, and why should they? How could they?

The case against the Dallas Police framing Oswald for riding a bus and cab is falling apart.
