"One of the tenants of belief for Ralph Cinque is the phrase "out with Shelley in front," which he thought was unique information from the handwritten notes of Captain Will Fritz of the Dallas Police.  They were discovered and given to the ARRB in the 1990's.  Cinque has long proclaimed that this information placed Oswald outside the TSBD during the shooting.  He is wrong.  These notes clearly show Fritz was trying to get a chronology of events for where Oswald was and what he was doing.  The "out with Shelley in front," clearly occurs after the notation for the alleged Oswald encounter with Officer Marion Baker on the second floor.  So, it is not a reference to Oswald's location prior to, or during the shooting." Ralph Cinque: That is pure bull shit. There is no chance that Oswald saw Shelley outside as he was leaving because Shelley was not there. He left immediately with Lovelady before Baker even got inside. Lovelady said it. Shelley said it. And even Frazier said it of them.

And regarding the order of the notes, Oswald most certainly did not eat his lunch AFTER the assasination. That is maniacal. They occur after the notation about the 2nd floor encounter with the officer, but regardless, the lunch definitely came first. Fritz seemed to indicate it too.

And, in his own testimony, Shelley said that he saw Oswald at ten to twelve inside the Depository and then did not see him again until he saw him at the police station. The idea that Oswald encountered Shelley out in front as he was leaving is an utter falsehood. Stop the lies. Stop them now.
