No, the Texas Attorney General dismissed that complaint against me. It was dropped completely, and I was never charged with anything. And I still have a copy of the letter I sent to the Attorney General to get the matter resolved. I am not going to put it up here but one of the things I pointed out in the letter is that the products for which the Texas Department of Health Services was faulting me for carrying were all available on the shelves of Whole Food Market and other health stores in Austin, Texas. Talk about selective prosecuting.
Go to hell, bpunk. Ptoi! That spitball is on you and your $1500 suit.
