Cinque: So, you admit that Whaley DID pick up SOMEONE at the bus station whom he drove to N. Beckley? So, who was that? An Oswald double? You have to be specific. You have never claimed that before. Is that what you mean?
Backes: And even that's questionable.
Cinque: Jiminy Xmas, Backes, you dumb shit. Will you make up your fucking mind? Did he or did he not drive SOMEONE to North Beckley? If he didn't, then either he's lying or he was brainwashed to say like in The Manchurian Candidate. So, which is it, Asshole?
Backes: He never once said, emphatically, I had Lee Harvey Oswald in my cab. Never. .
Cinque: But, he took the guy to Oswald's house- a few blocks past it. And he cited the fare of ninety-five cents. Fritz- in notes to himself and no one else- wrote down that Oswald said eight-five cents, but we're not going to assume, like the Wee Coak Sparrah, that Oswald purposely lied because he thought his prospects were better if he shaved a dime off it. And even though Whaley didn't refer to Oswald by name in this demonstration, it's perfectly clear that he is talking about Oswald:

Backes: Does Whaley make a positive ID of Oswald at the Dallas PD HQ? No.
Cinque: What Whaley said: "They took me down to this room. They wanted me to pick out my passenger. At that time, he had on a pair of black pants and a white tee-shirt. It was him alright, the same man."

Backes: Oswald did not escape Dealey Plaza by public transportation.
Cinque: He didn't "escape" Dealey Plaza at all; he just left Dealey Plaza. He hadn't done anything, so he had nothing to escape from. But, unless you think William Whaley was like Ray Shaw in The Manchurian Candidate, he definitely took someone to the 700 block of N,.Beckley. (Oswald originally said the 500 block but had Whaley pull over about the 700 block).
The choices are:
A) Whaley transported Oswald as described
B) Whaley was set up and transported an Oswald double to N. Beckley
C) Whaley was brainwashed into thinking he did what he claimed.
(Note to Backass: This option is VERY WEAK, and I won't allow it at all unless you explain how such a thing was done.)
D) Whaley was brought into the conspiracy, and he knowingly lied for them.
That's it, Asshole! Somebody is in charge here, and it's me. Take your fucking pick. And if you don't like it, then go amuse yourself with your Gawd-damn proscenium arches.
