Mr. FRITZ: I can remember the thing that I said to him and what he said to me, but I will have trouble telling you which period of questioning those questions were in because I kept no notes at the time, and these notes and things that I have made I would have to make several days later, and the questions may be in the wrong place.
Mr. Cinque: I believe that Fritz lied when he said that. Those notes have all the look of having been hurriedly and cryptically written while someone was talking. And the 5 pages of them include far more details than Fritz, an older man, could possibly have remembered.
So, Fritz lied to the Commission, and it wasn't the only time. He told them that Oswald told him that he was "eating lunch with other employees" during the assassination. Bull shit. What Oswald told him was that he ate lunch alone in the Domino room before the assassination, and that at the time a guy named Junior (as in Junior Jarman) and "another short negro" (Harold Norman) were milling around, which they confirmed.
Otherwise, who were these "other employees" who decided to skip the motorcade so that they eat lunch inside the building at exactly 12:30? They broke for lunch at 11:45, so they had 45 minutes to eat lunch so that they could watch the motorcade, but no, they waited, did something else for 45 minutes, and then sat down to eat lunch at 12:30, skipping the motorcade. Bull shit. Fritz lied. Fritz lied. Fritz lied.
