Backass thinks it's terrible that I took the Lovelady figure out of this frame. But, I've been saying all along that he wasn't there. What's the difference between saying he wasn't there and showing him not there? One is verbal; the other is graphic and visual; but, it's the same thing. Besides, you can still see the ghost of him and the silhouette of him. And what you can see very clearly is that there was not enough room for the big cop and Oswald to get around him. If you back that cop up, he's going to smash right into him.

There is a man behind Oswald, and he's lined up with him pretty good. If you look at the distance between that man and the Lovelady figure, you realize that there as not enough room for the big cop to get by him.

And, in no version of the film, do you see the big cop and Oswald getting by the Lovelady figure. Unless he was like Casper the Friendly Ghost where they could walk right through him, they couldn't get by him.

Here is a new image (new to me) of Oswald as he was being led to the squad room:

That's about as clear an image we have of the big cop at the hallway/elevator stage. Let's compare it to the image of him later in the squad room.

Is it the same guy? He seems taller to me. I strongly suspect that this was a situation in which they spliced together disparate footage, that the walk through the squad room was NOT continuous with the earlier footage. And we already know, beyond any doubt, that they spliced together disparate clips and made them look like one. I think they did it here.

And as you know, there was much of the time that Oswald was ONLY in a t-shirt. And I believe this was one of those times. They painted the shirt on.

Now, before you get too excited, Backes, I'll point out to you that I didn't do this frame. A guy named Fatol did. And he isn't even connected with me or the OIC. He saw it himself. That's a phony shirt, Backes.  It's a phony and contorted bend in the elbow. It isn't orthopedically sound. It would not only be uncomfortable but painful. It's fake, Backes.
