No, Doorman wasn't leaning in the Altgens photo. Why should he have been leaning? He wasn't leaning in the Wiegman film.
That was taken right at the same time as the Altgens photo, and I mean within a second or two. He had no more reason to lean than I did when I was there, and I had no reason to lean.
And how could the Altgens Doorman be leaning if his head wasn't leaning? We lean our bodies in order to get our heads somewhere. There might be an exception relating to a special exercise a person is doing or a special provocative pose they are momentarily assuming for a photo, but neither of those apply here. He was just standing there in the doorway watching the motorcade like a normal person.
How could he be leaning when his head is vertical and parallel with the vertical column to his right? Why would he lean his shoulders in such a bizarre way when it accomplished nothing? The reality was what we see on the right. Oswald's left shoulder got cut off by the implantation of Black Tie Man into the picture. What I've done there shows exactly how he really stood, and it is perfectly consistent with what we see in the Wiegman film.
