Billy Lovelady: Yeah, I know who he is. That is me: Billy Lovelady. 

That never happened, MacSparrow. It would have been very easy for Joseph Ball to take that direct approach with Billy Lovelady, but he did not. Being the shrewd CIA lawyer that he was, he wouldn't dare.
