So, both those Lovelady figures have different post-assassination films have image stability problems in going from moving footage to still frame.

You should know that Lovelady was in neither place at the time those films were shot. The one on the left was taken maybe half an hour after the assassination in front of the Depository. But Lovelady left the entrance immediately after the shooting- before Officer Baker even reached the steps, which Lovelady reported seeing from a distance. And when he returned, he and Shelley went around to the back and re-entered the Depository through the back door. And then they were in there for a long time until they left with the police for City Hall to make their statements. So, Lovelady was NEVER milling around out in front after the assassination when the police had their checkpoint set up.

And in regard to the Dallas PD footage, Lovelady was NEVER seated in the squad room where he was supposedly passed by Oswald as he was being brought to Captain Will Fritz. It's a complete fiction.

And Lovelady told us so himself. At least, he told Joseph Ball:

Ball: Did you EVER see him (Oswald) again THAT DAY (after breaking for lunch)?
Lovelady: No.

Don't you think Lovelady would have remembered being caught in a media frenzy with Oswald at the Dallas PD? It was only an hour and a half later, so it was the same day.

Words mean what they mean, and Ball asked Lovelady if he EVER saw Oswald again THAT DAY. Only a dolt like Joseph Backes is going to have trouble understanding that the context was: at any time during the course of that day. And Lovelady's answer to that direct and simple question was: No.

There is no record that Lovelady ever claimed to have an encounter with Oswald at the Dallas PD. Nor is there any evidence that his wife Patricia ever claimed it. She was on the phone with Harold Weisberg arguing about which shirt Lovelady wore, and she could have cited the walk-by at the PD and the footage of it, but she didn't.

"You know, my Billy was sitting at the police station when Oswald was led by, and there is footage of it, and you can see that he, Billy, was wearing a plaid shirt. You should watch that film.":

Neither the above statement, nor anything like it, was ever made by Patricia Lovelady, and she tended to be very outspoken- much more so than he was.

We'll look further at this, but I'll wait and see what the Idiot Backes comes up with. If he wants to fight about it, hey, bring it on, mo-fo. I'm delighted because exposing these phony movies is something I am determined to do. I know it's hard for some to accept that they actually made phony movies to create phony evidence in order to lie about who killed JFK. But, that is exactly what happened.

Oh, and by the way, about those two men at the top with the running colors, they were different men, and neither one was Lovelady. Have a nice day.
