Stupid means never having to say you're wrong, and it explains a lot about Backes' behavior.

CD 457 is Hoover's letter to Rankin in which he cites that he is including 3 enclosures:

1) the long report entitled "The Assassination of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, November 22, 1963, Dallas, Texas"

2) the three photos of Billy Lovelady taken by the FBI on 2/29/64

3) a communication dated Feb 11, 1964 concerning Robert Dishon.

CD 457a is the long report mentioned above.

What Hoover did not mention or include is the one-page report by Agents Gemberling and Horton about their interview of Lovelady on 2/29/64.

Previously, the Proscenium-stuffed Asshole said that letter was included by Hoover:

No, Backshit. The one-page report by Gemberling and Horton was NOT included with the letter from Hoover to Rankin.

And, what Hoover referenced was a report by Gemberling that was written on February 11 and furnished to Rankin and dated February 19. Well, the letter that we are talking about wasn't composed until February 29 and wasn't typed until March 2.

So, obviously Hoover was talking about something else, not the one-page letter. And since the one-page letter was all about an event that happened on February 29, the contents of it could not have been included in a letter written on February 11.

The few times that I have been wrong, I've admitted it, and it shows that I, unlike Backes, am grounded in reality. You admit when you're wrong. Reality is the boss.

But fortunately, I have NEVER been wrong about anything I have posted on the OIC website.  I have NEVER had to remove a single thing from it, and I assure you I would act in a flash if I realized I was wrong about something. This site has been rock-solid from the day it went up in July 2012:
