Joseph Backes keeps re-posting this FBI report even though it refutes what he has been claiming for years. 

What he has been claiming for years is that the Altgens photo was wired to the entire world at 1:03 pm, but the report says that it was first wired to AP headquarters in New York and subsequently to other AP offices around the country. It says nothing about when it was wired to the world at large, but obviously, it had to be later. 

So, why does Backes keep citing this report? It's because Forrest's mother was right: Stupid is what stupid does. 

And notice that the report mentioned both the clothing of Doorway Man and his physical characteristics being a match to Oswald. That's two separate things- the man and the clothing- syncing with Oswald. And of course, it's true.

 He can't not be Oswald- not in the universe in which we're living.  

And the Altgens photo was NOT wired to the world at 1:03 pm. Don't say it again, Backes.
