So, if the Dallas Chief of Police did not have foreknowledge of the assassination, and I am satisfied that he didn't, there is no reason to think that anyone else underneath him had foreknowledge. And everyone else was underneath him. So, if nobody in the Dallas Police Department had foreknowledge, if nobody in the Dallas PD was a conspirator, what reason did they have to concoct a phony bus ride and cab ride for Oswald, and setting their nefarious plot into motion immediately upon arresting him? Doesn't that seem a little weird?
