Here is a comparison of Graves' two belts. The top image is from Parkland Hospital and the bottom image is from the Johnston photo during the procession in the garage. 

Observe that they are very different. The bottom buckle is solid, and it is preposterous to claim otherwise. The top buckle is hollow, and we are seeing the leather of the belt passing through it. The tie is longer in the top photo and overlapping the pants. It is above the pants in the bottom photo. And, the shape of the buckles are very different. The top one is more oblong.
They're not the same belt. They are two different belts. And no amount of punkery can turn them into the same belt.
