Backes has no response to the finding of the two different cops escorting Oswald, one from the elevator and the other in the Squad room. Their differences being: different heights (one tall, the other average), different uniforms (one plain, the other embellished) and different builds (one lean, the other slightly rotund).

 And the thing is: we already know, beyond any doubt, that clips from different films were spliced together here. So, why couldn't this be more of the same? But, Backes didn't address it. He just spewed his bile. Same guy? I don't think so.

The cop on the right had those unusual lapels on his shoulders. And I say unusual because I've been looking at images of cops all day, and so far I haven't found another one like it. But, the cop on the left doesn't have them.
