It would have been better for the WC to say that S&L went inside right away and were hanging around the 1st floor and didn't see Vickie Adams for several minutes- that several minutes passed BEFORE they saw her descend the stairs.
That would have been a much better way to confirm that she didn't come down the stairs right away. It would be like they were keeping an eye on the area the whole time and not seeing her in the immediate aftermath.
And how many times do I have to tell you that their affidavits were made without any guidance, without any questions? They were left up to their own discretion, and at the time, they didn't think the trek to the tracks was important enough to volunteer.
