I found this Russian proficiency exam online. It's all multiple choice, but that's so that it can be quickly and objectively graded. It's considered a basic exam.
Note that both the questions and the choices of answers are in Russian. It's standard, but some people may not have thought about it. Let me set stage for you:
So, Oswald was in Japan. There is NO evidence he did ANYTHING with Russian in Japan. John Armstrong interviewed 6 of his Marine buddies, and they said absolutely nothing Russian was going on with Oswald in Japan: no study of Russian, and no expression of any desire to learn Russian. And they were living closely together, working together, sleeping in tents, traveling together, etc.
So, Oswald returns to the US by ship in October 1958. He takes the month of November off. Then, he shows up at Santa Ana CA in early December, and he's already speaking and reading Russian. In January, he takes a proficiency exam, like this one, and he gets more than half the answers correct. He was a dyslexic high school dropout. Wait til you see the reading comprehension section.
