Notice that in this frame, the big cop in the white hat is already veering right. You can see that his head is turned to the right. And his whole body language is telling you that he is veering right.
And Oswald is attached to him; they are handcuffed together. So, they are both veering right at that point, but Lovelady hasn't even begun to turn to look at them. He's just staring straight ahead- like Whistler's Mother. Maybe he was meditating. Maybe he was in the midst of one of Mark O'Blase's altered states, where he was looking for his Third Eye- or some such shit. No. What it is is a bogus image in which they pieced him in there. It is a photographic fraud.
