People can't turn their head 90 degrees, and they don't try. The large pink dot is Kennedy's limo. Considering their positions, he would have turned and faced that limo- with his whole body. So, there would have been no need to torque his neck. Yet in the image of him at the top-right, you can see that that is what he is doing. It doesn't make sense if he was standing by the Obelisk. That man at the top is a different man, and you are being a fool.
