Here is another image of Lovelady posing in the doorway as Doorman, and as you can see, he was standing perfectly upright, which meant that his horizontal lines were horizontal and not diagonal.

And now, seeing that Doorman's head is not leaning, try to contort your shoulders so that they are leaning the way Lance suggests. Now ask yourself: would you stand and watch a parade like that. 

Oswald did not watch the parade like that. He stood like a normal human being. Here he is at the start of the Wiegman film, which was practically simultaneous with the Altgens photo. 


When you lean, your head leans with you. It doesn't stay behind.
