If there are two Hispanic guys named Arce who are connected to the JFK assassination in some way (and Remegio was connected to it enough to proclaim that Heminio Dios Garcia was a shooter) what is so terrible about asking if they were related? What's to lose by asking? Why is it unreasonable to ask it? It would be unreasonable to just assume it, but it is not unreasonable to ask it.
