And I have another question for Robin Unger, and it is for him specifically. I am not inviting anyone else to answer it before he does. It concerns an image that HE posted. So, let him answer it. Don't anybody else pipe in.

Robin, I want to know what you were intending to assert with this image:

You've got an X by the Obelisk and an X by the Fedora Man. So, I presume you mean that he was really there, by the Obelisk. But, how does that correlate with your statement:

When looking at Altgen's we must also take into account the foreshortening effect produced by the 105mm telephoto lens, that makes distant objects seem much closer than they really are.

But, it's the reverse, Robin. You're not really claiming that. You're claiming the opposite. You're claiming that a close object (someone in front of the Obelisk) was made to look farther away (in front of the facade).

So, what got misstated, Robin? Is your statement about the effect of Altgens' telephoto lens wrong? Do you need to reverse it? Did you mean to say that close objects were rendered more distant?

You need to sort this out, Robin, because right now, you are stuck in limbo. You're not making sense.
