Backes, You're saying he's the same guy at the same time. So, he has got to be turned the same way. Remember, he's in the same spot and doing the same thing- according to you. It's just a parallax thing- according to you. So, it's not going to rotate him 90 degrees, is it?
What we are seeing is that on the left, he's facing south because that is what enables him to see the motorcade. And on the right he is facing west because that is what enables him to see the motorcade. Each of those men are responding to their circumstances in order to get the best view of the motorcade. You can't account for it with your story. You're up Shit Creek, Backes. You're just too stupid to know it.
