On the left is the version of Gorilla Man that Joseph Backes says is authentic. That's how he really looked, according to Backes. 


Well, in the case, isn't it obvious that something was done to the image on the right? Because the shirt colors are completely different; the shirt pattern is completely different; he's got big, bulging, cartoonish muscles in his arm and shoulder; his neck is painted red; and he seems to have a full beard, all in contrast to the image on the left which Backes claims is accurate. Yet, Backes denies any colorizing or alterations on the right; he says it's a pristine image. WELL, THEY BOTH CAN'T BE PRISTINE, ASSHOLE!
