I have an arrow pointing to the rim of Bookhout's hat, and he really was Little Jimmy Bookhout. Look how short he was.

And, of course, the Garage Shorter was short too: right about that short.

There's a chance that there are other images of Bookhout in the various films of Oswald being paraded around the PD. I'm sure they sought to eliminate images of Bookhout, and we are damn lucky to have the clip that we have. But who knows. Maybe I'll get lucky.
