But, if you read his testimony and if you listen to his interviews, you realize that he was very clearly out of his mind. It was impossible for him to stay focused mentally. His mind drifted and wandered. In a word, he was incoherent, and not just some of the time but all of the time.
Here is someone who agrees with me about that, about Ruby's state of mind. He doesn't dispute that Ruby shot Oswald, but let's face it, very few people have. As far as I know, the Russian Maxsim Irkutsk was the first person to dispute it, and I am the second. Now, I very much hope that I am wrong about that; that there are other people who have disputed it whom I don't know about.
So, even though the author of this article doesn't go that far, he does explore Ruby's mental incompetence, and he also suggests that it was induced. Then, a reader piped in that Ruby may have been an MK-ULTRA subject, and that is what I suspect.
Note: the author questions whether the Oswald figure in the garage was really him, but I do not question that. I did a close anatomical comparison to known images of Oswald, and I am satisfied that it was him. The height discrepancy he cites is due to Harvey and Lee, as per John Armstrong. The fact is that "Lee" was 5'11" while "Harvey" was 5'9".
