We know that Bookhout attended the very first interview of Oswald with Fritz and Hosty.

Then, Bookhout said that he attended the 4:00 lineup.

Then, he said that he didn't see Oswald again that day, Friday. 

Mr. STERN - Did you have any further contact with him that day? Friday? 
Mr. BOOKHOUT - No. 

Now, that is a tacit admission that Bookhout did NOT attend the Midnight Press Conference. 

Therefore, this 35 year old guy could not possibly be 50 year old James Bookhout, not only because he's too young, but because Bookhout wasn't there.  Bookhout wasn't there.
