Ruby's face is not particularly 'rounded' in the "being processed after his arrest" photo.
Personally think this is a crock.

Holy Cow! Anna, that's the whole point! Ruby's face is not rounded in his arrest photos. But, the face of the Ruby impostor is very round, extremely round, as in Charlie Brown round.
That's about as round as a face can be in real life.
