This guy on the right, who presumably was wearing sunglasses, was not the shooter. You can see in the whole frame that he's tall, and the shooter was very short. But, he's not Ruby either. Look at the gaunt, creased, catchers-mitt face the guy had. And compare his ear to Ruby's. And look at the back of his neck. They gave him that razored look that we see on the shooter, although it looks very artificial. But, look at Ruby, who was scruffy with hair growth on the back of his neck. It had been a couple weeks at least since his last haircut. Look at the contrast there between being very blanketed with hair on the left and razored clean on the right. They're not the same man. They can't possibly be. The whole story is a lie. Ruby was NOT even in the garage during the shooting, and the one doing the shooting was FBI Agent James Bookhout.
