Idiot! They ARE oriented about the same. The cop has got his arm around Oswald's. They are side by side. What the hell do you want? We're seeing Oswald's back. We're seeing everything except his left arm. And considering the fact that YOU claim his left arm was swept back behind his back and handcuffed to his right, it is YOUR problem that we can't see it. We should see it, mudder-rucker! The ROUNDNESS of Oswald's left shoulder suggests that his hands were cuffed IN FRONT at this point. 

Oswald is slumped forward. His shoulders are rounded. His back is wide and expanded. If he had both his arms tugged back and cinched together, he wouldn't be like that. He'd be like this. 

That's how it's done, and that's how it looks, Asshole. Oswald was NOT handcuffed with his hands behind in the Squad room.
