Here is the same collage with another picture of Lee added. Notice that Lee had a very asymmetrical nose, where the right nostril was higher and more exposed than the left nostril. But, in the middle picture, the nose is symmetrical and balanced and exactly the same as Harvey's. However, his ear is a good match to Lee's on the right. 

They really did this; they moved Harvey's face to Lee. Notice that the skin coloring is off between his face and neck, his face being slightly darker. They pasted it on.
