Here's an interesting question from McAdams' forum?

T.J Cole: First time I had heard of this - scroll down to the last photo on the link. Looks like Oswald talking to a cop outside the TSBD.

Ralph Cinque: T.J., I believe that was Oswald. It must be that the Tramps were led through the Plaza just minutes after the assassination. There is no other explanation I can think of. You can't say that was somebody else who just happened to look like and be dressed like Oswald. 50 years have gone by, and if that was someone else, we'd know who by now. Whoever it was must have come from inside the building. It seems highly unlikely that an unrelated spectator would have climbed those steps if he had nothing whatsoever to do with the TSBD. 75 people worked there, so who was he if he wasn't Oswald? Jim Marrs has stated that there were two sets of Tramps, an early set just minutes after the assassination which was real, and a latter set, which were fake and which became the official story. They must have realized that it didn't look good for the police to have rounded up suspects so fast. It seemed to suggest foreknowledge. So, they pushed it back to 2:30.  The fact is that that guy talking to the cop is a dead ringer for Lee Harvey Oswald. And would a guy who had just shot the President of the United States have started a conversation with a cop?
