I called this image "Man and boy" because the cop is so big compared to Oswald that Oswald looks like a boy. 

It's not the same cop as this guy:

This other cop was shorter, and he was bit pudgy. He wasn't lean like the other guy. 

They fused multiple clips together and made them look like one sequence. 

And if that's not supposed to be Oswald's forearm crossing his back, what is it?

If that's not his arm, then where is his arm? What do we see bent at 90 degrees if it's not his arm? What is the cop holding onto if not his arm? 

Joseph Backes is obsessed with gay sex. He gives anything and everything a gay connotation. He is a man in his 50s who is gay-baiting a man in his 60s.  You don't see that very often.  He thinks sexual preference should be an issue in this debate. Fine, let's make it an issue. Let's both come clean.  I'll go first.
