The 42nd Senior Member of the Oswald Innocence Campaign is Jeffrey Holmes. Jeffrey has a very unique occupation. He gives tours in New Orleans of Lee Harvey Oswald's turf there, including where he lived, worked, ate, hung out, and the associations he had, including with the U.S. intelligence community in New Orleans. Jeffrey has become an expert on Oswald's time in New Orleans, and he has worked closely with Judyth Vary Baker. Here is the link that tells about Jeffrey's tour.
