Here is a picture from Mule Creek California State Prison, so it wasn't just a City Jail; it's a state prison. Yet, they are all wearing different shoes, some light, some dark, some light, some mixed. And look at what I circled: one guy in short socks next to a guy in long socks. Yet, we are supposed to believe that getting Jack Ruby into the proper regulation underwear was a high priority on 11/24/63.
