No, Backes; you are the stupid bitch. That's because you deny evidence that is as rock-solid as any as there is in the JFK assassination. That's the evidence that Lovelady left the entrance right away and was gone, never to return, before any police checkpoint was set up. Three people testified to that: Lovelady, Shelley, and Frazier; and there are no grounds to reject or dismiss what they said. You're only doing it for one reason: because you don't like it, because you don't want it to be true.
But, there are no grounds to think it is not true. There are no grounds to think that the Warren Commission made it up and concocted that testimony. There is no basis to think that the WC had any motive to do it. Both Shelley and Lovelady said that they walked down to the tracks, and we even have a picture of them doing it.
And, you're on your own with this, Backes. Unger can't help you. He's not going to say that the Warren Commission concocted phony testimony. He is not playing it from that angle. And bpete can't help you because he can't have the Warren Commission doing that either. bpete has got Oswald locking and loading on the 6th floor and pumping rounds int Kennedy. So, Oswald is the bad guy, according to bpete, so he can't have the Warren Commission being bad. It makes no sense to frame a guilty man. Supposedly, since he's guilty, the bonafide evidence proves that he's guilty, and you don't have to resort to anything subversive to convict him.
And yes, I know about Victoria Adams, but they weren't going to resort to a major concoction of phony testimony just to counter her. The best way to deal with her was to just ignore her. It's not as though the newspapers were going to highlight her testimony and make a stink about it. Furthermore, even if you think the WC made up the part about Lovelady claiming to see Vickie, why would they have made up the rest? The thing about telling a phony story is that the simpler it is, the better. You don't elaborate. You don't expound, and you don't add any unnecessary flourishes. There was no need for them to make up the part about the "trek to the tracks." They could have just said he lingered outside a little while and then went inside and saw her. No way would they have made up the other part.
Nobody has more disdain for the Warren Commission than I do, but even I know they would never have resorted to anything like that, and it's because it wasn't in their interest to do so. It wasn't worth the risk, and that's the simple truth.
So, Lovelady left pronto, just as he said he did, and he was not out there when the police were doing their thing. Therefore, Gorilla Man was NOT Lovelady, and that footage is fake.
