Upperpunk, you are such a shit, and you're a petty little shit.

I am reminded of this program that Linda and I continue to watch on Amazon Prime: The Good Wife. It's a lawyer show, and in it, there is this one female judge who requires that the lawyers always couch their arguments with the phrase, "in my opinion." They all have to do it, and it's really funny.

And in this case, I have asserted repeatedly that Gorilla Man in the Martin film is NOT Lovelady, but rather, a Lovelady impostor. But, according to Upperpunk, unless I qualify it every single time, that it means that I am disavowing it.

So, I shall make this clear.

On the right is a man who is said to be Billy Lovelady. He was NOT Billy Lovelady, but he is claimed to be. He is the mostly widely referenced image of Billy Lovelady on the day of the assassination, and he is the one that is temporally closest in time to the Altgens photo (just a few minutes afterwards). So, even though he was NOT Lovelady, he has become the standard for Lovelady on 11/22/63, and the image of his shirt has become the standard for Lovelady's shirt on 11/22/63. So, even though I am 100% certain that he was NOT Lovelady, he is still THE EVIDENCE of Lovelady that is most often used by the other side. Therefore, it is fair of me to compare him to Doorman and to Oswald because he is the basis for the other side's contention that Lovelady was Doorman.

Up to now, I haven't stipulated all of that every time I have referred to him because I didn't think it was necessary. But, apparently, it is necessary because of shitheads like Lance Upperpunk.

So, here's what I'm going to do, Punk: I'm going to keep a statement handy which I can cut and paste every time I refer to Gorilla Man as Lovelady so that I can cut you off at your fucking knees. It shall read as follows:

Note: The identification of Gorilla Man as Lovelady is only in recognition of the widespread claim of my opponents that he was Lovelady, a claim which I fiercely deny. This man was NOT Lovelady; he was a Lovelady impostor; and he was NOT there on 11/22/63. But, his image is the one most often used to substantiate and materialize Lovelady on 11/22/63, and that is why I refer to him as Lovelady.
