Do you see what it says? "to 1st fl had lunch"

That's 1st floor, not 2nd floor. So, Carolyn Arnold's claim about Oswald eating lunch in the 2nd floor lunch room cannot be true. Oswald had no reason to lie about this.

Above, Fritz mistakenly wrote 11-21 instead of 11-22. But the reference to two negroes was to Junior Jarman and Harold Norman (short negro), and it says they came in. Well, he certainly was not talking about the 2nd floor lunch room; he was referring to the Domino room on the 1st floor. And it says what he ate, which was cheese sandwiches and an apple. 

So, we clearly have Oswald eating lunch on the 1st floor, and there is no basis to Carolyn Arnold's claim about seeing him seated at a booth in the 2nd floor lunch room eating lunch there.

And why would he be? He got off work at 11:45, which gave him 45 minutes to eat lunch. So, why would he wait and be immersed in it at 12:25, scant minutes before the motorcade? Why would Oswald be any less inclined to watch the Presidential motorcade than Carolyn Arnold or anyone else? 

Because he was Oswald. Creepy, dysfunctional, anti-social, weird, crazy, eccentric, sociopathic Oswald. Like Hell he was.
