Getting back to Harvey and Lee, remember that every feature depends on its own gene, and these guys weren't even related. So, even though they looked alike in some respects, they looked very different in other respects- if you look for them.
Compare the ears. On Lee, his ears stuck out more, and they were more squared off at the top, where the helix was horizontal. On Harvey, his ears stuck out less, and his helix was more delicate and rounded, forming a perfect oval. So, on the left, oval; on the right, squared. Oval and squared. Oval and squared. Oval and squared. Two different ears. Two different men.
