You see the date there: 11/24/63. That's the date it happened. They tend to take mug shots right away when they process people who are under arrest. So, how long after the debacle could it have been? He went through the Charge in the Garage and came out looking like that? I don't look that neat and well-groomed on a good day. Somewhere along the line, he had to run a comb through his hair to get it to look like that. But think about it: he shoots and kills Oswald, and then soon thereafter, he's combing his hair? Combing his hair. He kills a man and then combs his hair? Something is rotten in Denmark.  Something stinks in Zanzibar.
