Here we can distinguish the collar of Black Tie Man where it overlaps his shirt, even though they are the same color. So, it's white and white, yet we see the margin from 140 feet. Then, over the face of Obfuscated man, we can also see what appears to be a shirt cuff and extending beyond it a hand with a giant pinkie that is curled. But, that is completely bogus because that man has both his arms down. If you look above the giant hair of the black woman, you can see the point of his right shoulder.
You wouldn't see that if his arm was going up. It means his arm is going down. He has got both arms going across his chest where his left hand is grasping his right elbow. The whiteness over his face is just a splotch, but someone tried to make it look like a forearm. These details could not possibly be real, and you only have to look at the intact Altgens photo to realize it.

In looking at that, you can't even make out Black Tie Man, never mind make out the junction between his collar and his shirt. Let's try making it larger.
That is considered the full-size Altgens frame. I simply chose to make it the original size of the photo, and blogspot did the rest. And as I look at it with a magnifying glass, it is obvious and apparent that those details shown in the first example simply do not exist. And it is preposterous to think that they would, considering how far away Altgens was. Honestly, we are supposed to believe that the photo registered the junction of the white collar and the white shirt on Black Tie Man?
So, this is just photographic flim-flam where someone photoshopped details into the image that were never captured.
Remember, they are claiming to have extracted that from this:
