Two big things, Larry. First, since Oswald was entering the vestibule when Baker saw him, he could not possibly have had a Coke in his hand because he hadn't been to the lunch room yet. He was going there; he wasn't coming from there.

And second, if Gil Jesus is right, and I believe he is that Oswald used the front stairs in the southeast corner, then it's game over because those stairs don't even go to the 6th floor. They only went to the 2nd floor. You can see it in the design of the building. There was no window east of the doorway; that's where the stairwell was. But above that, there are windows going all the way up, but they weren't windows in a stairwell. Beyond the 2nd floor, there was no stairwell. So, for Oswald to have used the southeast stairwell, it meant he went up exactly one flight of stairs from the first floor. Ralph
