The whole idea that that guy that Backes came up with was Ruby, that is, the shooter, is preposterous on the face of it.

If you know anything about what happened, you know that after the shooting, "Ruby" dove into the pile of police who surrounded him. This was our last glimpse of him.

Now, that's it. After that, "Ruby" dives towards them and they swarm all over him, and we NEVER see Ruby again. The idea that there was a wide open view of his face and without the hat on is preposterous.

"Ruby" was being mobbed by police. He was never exposed like that. And obviously, that guy isn't Ruby. He's older, balder, etc. But, the point I'm making is that, contextually, the situation being depicted never existed. There was never a time that "Ruby" was ever visualized in that manner. And if he was, don't you think we would have seen it before 53 years passed?

Backes, you've made a lot of stupid claims, but I don't know that the magnitude of this stupidity has ever been exceeded. It is truly bizarre that you are claiming this. And, you can't take it back because I screen-saved the whole post.
