James Richards and Randy Gunter are convinced that this guy on the right from Spook Alley was Rafael "Chi Chi" Quintero. 

It certainly is consistent, although I can't say that it is conclusive. 

But, I see another use for that Quintero figure on the right. Notice the extent to which the brim of his hat is shading his face. Well, you don't think that hands atop the head would produce more shade than that, do you? 

The image of Black Hole Man is total bull shit, and there is not another image like it anywhere in the world. They blackened out his face.
