The OIC shall soon be a thing of the past, Yertle the Turtle (Cinque) shall be King of the Mud!!!  Thanks, Robin. His recent rants on the Facecrook pages have made fellow OIC Senior Member Judyth Baker to denounce him. But, she can't resign. Ralph won't let her. Even after she dies, he said. 

Ralph Cinque: That is a lie. It is not true. If Judyth Baker informed me that she wishes to resign, I will remove her name from our list promptly. And that's true of any other senior member. But so far, nobody has asked to resign. And what I said about dying is that should a senior member die, I am not going to remove them. They shall remain as an honorary posthumous member.
