Jim Fetzer informed me that this collage was made by the late great Jack White. So, Jack White was a proponent of Lucien Coenin on the sidewalk.

Of course, Jack White was also a proponent of Zapruder film alteration, Backyard photo alteration, and yes, Altgens photo alteration.  Were Jack White alive today, there isn't a shadow of a doubt that he would be a senior member of the Oswald Innocence Campaign.
