The shirt that Lovelady wore on 11/22/63 was a short-sleeved shirt with a finely tailored folded bottom. The shirt was worn out--you didn't tuck it in. And it was short, very short, with a fold at the bottom. I believe you can see the fold on Black Hole Man. I have an arrow pointing to it.

The white below the arrow is the left elbow of the man in front of him, so ignore that. 

I believe we are seeing the decorative fold of Lovelady's very short shirt which gave it that sporty look. To me, it looks like a cabana shirt, like someone would wear on a cruise.

So, you're seeing the cuff on the bottom of the shirt and the cuff on the sleeve, and it's exactly the same on both.
