Don't spew back that crap from the HSCA at me, Unger. That was just damage control. It was pure revisionism- of the most diabolical kind. The original statement stands: Lovelady stated that he wore a red and white striped shirt and blue jeans. And, they took pictures of him with the shirt unbuttoned precisely because it was the clothes he wore on November 22. 

Call a spade a spade! It sailed over the FBI agents' heads that the short-sleeves made it impossible for him to have been Doorman. It ruled him out! Tough shit, Sherlock! There's no taking it back. It was a boneheaded mistake by two FBI agents, and it thrust the FBI into the movie business.  I wonder if they still got their bonuses.
