How would it even be possible to defend Oswald without declaring his presence in the doorway? What's the alternative? To tell jurors:

"I can't tell you where Oswald was at 12:30 except that he wasn't on the 6th floor."

What would the jury think if he said that? They would think, "He can't tell us because Oswald was on the 6th floor."

So, Oswald's lawyer MUST establish his alibi. It's not a matter of choice; it's a necessity.

So, where is his lawyer going to say Oswald was at 12:30 if not in the doorway? In one of the lunch rooms? That's ridiculous. Like everyone else, Oswald got off work at 11:45 which gave him 45 minutes to eat lunch before the President arrived. And, he knew the President was coming. So, did he do something else instead, and then go eat lunch at 12:30, only to avoid seeing the President and First Lady? What is credible about that? Who would do that? And what did Oswald have to do between 11:45 and 12:30 that he couldn't get his lunch eaten? Answer: nothing. He had nothing he had to do.

Furthermore, we have it on record that Oswald said he ate his lunch in the first floor lunch room, and he ate it early. He ate it at a time that James Jarman and Harold Norman were milling around, and that was soon after the lunch break began.

For Oswald to account for himself by saying he was in the lunch room during the shooting is a "dog ate my homework" excuse. It isn't reasonable. It isn't plausible. And it won't sell to a jury. What will sell to a jury is this:

and this:

and this:

The evil bastards can't stop us. Oswald Liberation is happening. This is one State lie that is going down. And there is going to be Hell to pay for a lot of people.
