Now, we are going to look at the WC testimony of Dr. Fred Beieberdorf. He started by correcting some things from the FBI account of what he said on 11/24/63. We have to assume that anything he didn't change in that original statement, he vouched for.

First, he said that the statement said that he saw Ruby lying face up on the floor of the Jail Office was false. He said that he only saw Ruby's feet and therefore didn't know if he was lying face up or face down. Hmm. But, if he saw his feet, he had to see what direction they were lying, and it seems he should have known if he was lying face-up or face-down from that. But, that's all I have to say about it.

Second, he changed that he saw a puncture wound in Oswald's stomach to having seen a puncture wound in Oswald's left rib cage.
He estimated that it was below the 5th or 6th rib. It was actually below the 7th.

Third, he changed the length of time between the shots and the time he entered the jail office from "several minutes" to "1 to 2 minutes."

Fourth, he claimed that Leavelle rode in the middle seat with him, when we know for certain that Leavelle rode in the far back. We can see it in the films, both upon leaving the DPD and arriving at Parkland. So, Bieberdorf lied in making this "correction."

Bieberdorf told the WC that he fully believed that Oswald was dead until he stirred about halfway to Parkland.

Mr. HUBERT. You were with him in the ambulance all the way through?
Dr. BIEBERDORF. Yes, sir.
Mr. HUBERT. And when he got to the ambulance you saw signs of life?
Dr. BIEBERDORF. Although, I did not until we got about halfway to Parkland.
Mr. HUBERT. You thought he was dead?
Dr. BIEBERDORF. He--I surmised he was dead until he started moving a little bit.
Mr. HUBERT. Did he make any statement at all?
Dr. BIEBERDORF. He did not utter any sound at all, that I heard.

In his Warren Commission testimony, Bieberdorf said nothing about performing cardiac massage on Oswald in the Jail Office or in the ambulance, and he said nothing about applying an oxygen resuscitator to Oswald in the ambulance. He didn't claim these things, and they didn't ask about these things, even though they are both in the FBI statement. But, Bieberdorf did say that he believed Oswald was dead, that he changed his mind when Oswald started stirring about, but until that happened, he assumed Oswald was dead. If Bieberdorf had performed cardiac massage on Oswald in the jail office, don't you think he would have told the WC? And if he used an oxygen resuscitator on Oswald on the drive to Parkland, don't you think he would have said so? I now assume that these claims made by the FBI agents are false.

There is NO validation to the claim that Bieberdorf did ANYTHING- in any way- to aid Oswald, not in the jail office and not in the ambulance.
